- This is a strictly NO EVENTS and NO INDOOR SMOKING property. This home is set on the quiet and serene Mercer Island, with homes on either side of the property. Violation will result in a $4500 fine.
- Any evidence of smoking is a $2000 fine. Every unreported guest is charged $500 per person per night.
